FAQ
What Dubai studio owners ask
Can clients choose their own reformer?
Yes. For each class you choose whether members pick their machine from a map of the room or the studio assigns one. Two clients can never hold the same reformer.
What happens when a reformer is out of service?
Mark it out of service on the room layout. Its bookings in upcoming classes move to free machines, each client gets a notification, and anyone left without a machine is flagged on your dashboard.
Can I sell class packs and private sessions in AED?
Yes. Memberships, class packs and private session packages are priced in AED. Every sale gets a tax invoice with your TRN and 5% VAT, and clients see their balance in the app.
Do Pilates instructors in Dubai need to be registered?
Under Executive Council Resolution No. 1 of 2020, coaches and professional staff must be on the Dubai Sports Council’s register to work at a sports establishment, and the establishment must keep a record of them. Each instructor’s profile holds their certifications.
How do I handle the Dubai Fitness Challenge rush?
Share an enquiry link before 31 October and let the WhatsApp follow-ups run. When a first-timer books, converting the lead opens the member form already filled in.
Can I move from bsport, Momence, Glofox or Mindbody?
Yes. Send us the member export and we import your clients with you, then set up your classes, room layout and packs in AED on a call.
Can members pay online?
Yes — renewals and dues are paid by card in the member app, through Stripe or Nomod, settled to your own account. Cash and bank transfers are recorded at the desk.
Why is the price in US dollars?
We bill the software in US dollars. Your members pay you in AED, and their invoices are in AED.
