Studio owners who leave bsport usually name three things. They couldn't see a price before signing, the contract held them longer than they expected, and the back office takes too many clicks for a small team. If that's you, ManageYourGym is the alternative we'd point you to. Every price is on the page ($79, $169 or $349 a month), you can cancel anytime, and reformer spot booking and a member app under your studio's own name come with every plan. We move your data for you.
Below are six more bsport alternatives, grouped by the reason you're leaving: Arbox, Glofox, Mindbody, Momence, TeamUp and WellnessLiving. Every price was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 14 October 2026. After that, one reformer studio is priced on each platform, and there's a checklist for getting your clients, passes and bookings out of bsport before you give notice.
What does bsport cost in 2026?
bsport doesn't publish a price. We checked its pricing page on 14 October 2026. It lists five plans (Start, Build, Engage, Elevate and Scale) with no numbers on any of them, and a form to book a demo. Scale is a custom plan for multi-location brands and franchises.
The page does say where the features sit, and that matters more than it looks:
- Start: bookings, a booking widget for your website, online payments, email marketing and staff management.
- Build: adds integrations, Zoom, on-demand classes, and SMS and push notifications.
- Engage: adds the branded member app, Bring-a-Friend, fast payouts and self check-in.
- Elevate: adds Choose Your Spot (clients pick their own reformer or bike), automated instructor cover and the Audience marketing tools.
So a reformer studio that wants its own app and spot booking is looking at Elevate, the fourth of five plans. bsport's FAQ also says there's no free trial and no free version. New studios may get a free period "at the start of their contract" and a lower starting rate that moves to the standard rate later. Ask for both in writing: how long the contract runs, and what you'll pay once the starting rate ends.
Directory sites quote a starting figure for bsport. It isn't on bsport's own page, so we haven't used it. If you're on bsport today, your invoice is the number that counts.
What bsport customers say
On Trustpilot, bsport scored 3.7 out of 5 from 515 reviews when we checked on 14 October 2026. Capterra has it higher, at about 4.3 out of 5 from around 328 reviews, and its customer service score there is 4.6. The one- and two-star reviews we read from July to September 2026 were all from studio owners, and they repeat the same few things:
- A back office that takes many steps for simple jobs. One owner said it was too complex for a small studio run by one person.
- Problems during the move. Owners describe classes cancelled by mistake, duplicate or missing client accounts, and old passes switched back on.
- Money questions: payouts held back, VAT that looked wrong, and no itemised list of fees.
- Contracts. One owner said they were told they were bound for 12 months after less than two weeks. Reviewers on Capterra and Software Advice describe being charged after asking to cancel.
- Cost. Two owners said features they expected to be included now cost more.
Plenty of studios run happily on bsport. It's built for boutique studios, and its marketing tools are strong. But if you're reading this, something on that list has probably happened to you. The rest of this post is organised around price, the contract and day-to-day use.
If you want a price you can see
Several platforms publish their prices. Don't stop at the headline number. Check what the price counts, because that's what moves you up a tier, and check which tier has the two things a reformer studio needs: an app under your own name, and clients picking their own machine.
| Platform | Published price (USD/mo, monthly) | What it counts | Own-name app | Clients pick their spot |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ManageYourGym | Starter $79, Professional $169, Enterprise $349 | Members (150 / 500 / unlimited), plus branches and trainers | Every plan | Every plan |
| Arbox | Free, Basic $49, Standard $129, Professional $299 | Weekly sessions (5 / 20 / unlimited) | Professional | Not named; Professional lists "Spaces Management" |
| Mindbody | Starter from $99 per location; Accelerate and Ultimate by quote | Locations | Add-on from Accelerate, unpriced | Accelerate and up |
| TeamUp | $189 at 101–200 active customers | Clients who booked or bought last month | $99/mo add-on | Not on its pricing page |
| WellnessLiving | Starter $69, Business $199, BusinessPro $349 | Staff, locations and features | BusinessPro | Book-a-Spot listed; tier not shown |
| bsport | Quote only | Not published | Engage and up | Elevate and up |
| Momence, Glofox | Quote only | Not published | Not published | Not published |
Read from each vendor's pricing page on 14 Oct 2026, monthly billing. Annual rates where shown: Arbox $39/$99/$239; WellnessLiving $62/$179/$314. WellnessLiving is showing 80% off Business and BusinessPro for two months until 16 Oct 2026; the table shows its regular prices. Card processing is extra on every platform.
What one reformer studio pays on each
Take a typical Dubai reformer studio: one location, eight reformers, about 180 active clients on memberships, class packs and a first-week intro offer, and a booking app under its own name. Here's its monthly bill on every platform that publishes a price.
| Platform | Monthly, with an own-name app | How we got there |
|---|---|---|
| ManageYourGym | $169 (about AED 621) | Professional covers 500 members; spot booking and the member and trainer apps are included |
| TeamUp | $288 | $189 for 101–200 active customers plus the $99 app |
| Arbox | $299 | Professional is the tier with the branded app |
| WellnessLiving | $349 | BusinessPro is the tier with the white-label app |
| Mindbody | Quote | The app and Pick-a-Spot both need Accelerate, which has no published price |
| bsport, Momence, Glofox | Quote | No published price |
A studio this size is above our Starter limit of 150 members, so Professional is the fair comparison. Under 150 members, the ManageYourGym figure is $79. AED at the fixed rate of 3.6725 to the dollar.
If the contract is the problem
Before you sign anywhere new, find your bsport agreement and write down three things: the term, the renewal date and the notice it asks for. If you were offered a free first period or a starting rate, check when each one ends. Then send your cancellation by email, keep the reply, and check your next two card statements.
When you choose the next platform, pick one whose terms are on its website rather than only in the contract. Here's what each one says publicly:
- ManageYourGym: monthly or yearly, cancel anytime, no setup fee, and a 14-day trial with no card.
- TeamUp: month-to-month, no setup fee, cancel at any time without penalties.
- Mindbody: no onboarding fee, but the contract depends on your plan, billing and any promotion, and cancelling may need notice before your next billing date.
- Arbox and WellnessLiving: monthly and annual billing on the page, but no contract length. Ask for it in writing.
- Momence and Glofox: quote only, with no terms published.
If the back office takes too many clicks
You can't judge this from a pricing page. Judge it in the demo. Ask the vendor to do your five most common jobs live, on their screen, while you count the clicks: book a client into a full class from the waitlist, sell a 10-class pack, freeze a membership, move a client to another reformer, and refund a late cancel.
Then ask who answers when something breaks, and where. Starter on ManageYourGym gets email support. Professional adds priority WhatsApp support and an onboarding call. Enterprise gets a dedicated WhatsApp group, an account manager and training for your staff. For a studio in Dubai, WhatsApp is usually the quickest way to reach a real person.
What each alternative is built around
- Arbox: gyms and studios, priced by sessions per week, with a free plan for a very small timetable. Our Arbox alternatives post prices it against the rest.
- Glofox: studios and gyms on one booking app, owned by ABC Fitness, priced by quote. See Glofox alternatives.
- ManageYourGym: studios, gyms and PT businesses on one plan, with reformer spot booking, class packs, intro offers, PT balances, trainer pay and a member app under your own name on every tier. From $79 a month.
- Mindbody: studios that want its consumer marketplace, which takes 20% of a new client's first purchase, capped at $30. Pick-a-Spot and the branded app start on Accelerate.
- Momence: studios that sell workshops, retreats and on-demand classes, priced by quote. Our Momence alternatives post covers leaving it.
- TeamUp: class and appointment studios, priced by active customers, month to month. See TeamUp alternatives.
- WellnessLiving: studios and spas, with a white-label app on its top tier. See WellnessLiving alternatives.
ManageYourGym — if you want the price, the terms and the app sorted
We built ManageYourGym for studios that sell memberships, class packs, intro offers and private sessions all in one place. Clients book a specific reformer from a map of your room, so two people can never land on the same machine and a class never takes more bookings than you have reformers. When it's full, the waitlist fills the spot from the next person in line. Class packs expire after the number of days you set, and the credit goes back when someone cancels before your cutoff. See how it's set up for Pilates studios or for boutique studios.
Clients book and pay in an app published under your studio's name and icon, in your colours, on the App Store and Google Play. It's on every plan, not a higher tier (here's how the branded app works). Cards go through Stripe or Nomod and settle to your own account, and renewal reminders go out on WhatsApp. In the UAE, VAT-registered studios get tax invoices in AED with their TRN. Every tier is on the pricing page: $79 for 150 members at one location, $169 for 500 across three, $349 for unlimited.
bsport does some things we don't. It has on-demand video, a Bring-a-Friend referral feature, automatic cover requests when an instructor can't make a class, and fuller email marketing (its Audience tools) than our WhatsApp, SMS and email reminders. If those are central to how you run, weigh them. For a studio that came to bsport for booking, packs and its own app, they usually aren't what decides it.
We move everything for you: members, plans, balances and history. You can keep bsport running alongside us until you're sure.
Leaving bsport: a switching checklist
- Find your agreement. Write down the term, the renewal date and the notice period, and put the last day to give notice in your calendar.
- Export your client list, memberships, passes and sales history while the account is fully live. Save copies somewhere outside bsport.
- Write down what the exports miss: credits left on each pass, intro offers in progress, paused memberships and their return dates, and any credit on account. At least one bsport owner reported old passes switching back on during a move, so check every balance by hand on switch day.
- Save your timetable, upcoming bookings and spot assignments, plus each instructor's pay rate.
- Keep signed waivers and any health forms as files.
- If you sell on-demand videos through bsport, download your files first, and ask what happens to videos clients have already bought once your account closes.
- Ask when your last payout lands and what fees come off it, and get the answer in writing before you cancel.
- Plan for cards. Saved cards usually can't move between payment processors, so clients will add their card again in the new app. Tell them why before they're asked.
- Cancel in writing, keep the confirmation, and check your card statement for the next two months.
Which bsport alternative should you pick?
| If you are… | Pick | Because |
|---|---|---|
| A studio under 150 clients | ManageYourGym Starter, $79 | Spot booking, packs, intro offers and your own app at one published price |
| A reformer or boutique studio up to 500 clients | ManageYourGym Professional, $169 | Spot booking and your own app, which bsport keeps for its upper plans, plus priority WhatsApp support |
| A studio with up to three locations | ManageYourGym Professional, $169 | One dashboard, revenue per location, and QR check-in with no hardware |

Frequently asked questions
How much does bsport cost?
bsport doesn't publish its prices. Its pricing page (read 14 October 2026) names five plans, Start, Build, Engage, Elevate and Scale, with a demo form and no numbers. Ask for a written quote that covers the plan you need, the rate after any starting discount, fees on payouts and the contract term.
Does bsport have a free trial?
No. bsport's FAQ says it doesn't offer standard free trials or a free version. New studios may get a free period built into the start of their contract instead. ManageYourGym has a 14-day trial with no card needed.
Which bsport plan includes the branded app and spot booking?
The branded member app starts on Engage, and Choose Your Spot starts on Elevate, the fourth of five plans. On ManageYourGym both are on every plan, from $79 a month.
Can I cancel bsport at any time?
That depends on your contract, which bsport doesn't publish. One owner on Trustpilot said they were told they were bound for 12 months, and reviewers on Capterra describe charges after asking to cancel, so check the term, renewal date and notice period first, cancel in writing, and watch your card statement for two months.
What is the best bsport alternative for a reformer Pilates studio?
Look for spot booking, class sizes capped at your machine count, expiring class packs, intro offers and an app under your own name, on a price you can see. ManageYourGym does all of these on every plan. For a studio with up to 500 clients, Professional is $169 a month.
