Card and UPI payments run through Razorpay for a studio in India and Stripe everywhere else — the member pays for a batch or a membership straight in the app, no cash at the front desk.
Will members see my studio's name on the app, not yours?
Yes. The member and teacher apps publish on the Play Store and the App Store under your studio's own name and icon, in your colours. A member searching for your batches by name finds your studio, not ours.
Can a teacher take over another teacher's batch?
Yes. A sub is swapped into a batch for a single occurrence without disturbing the recurring schedule, and the batch keeps its attendance history across the swap.
Can someone try a class before committing to a membership?
Yes, two ways. Your front desk books a first-timer into a batch as a trial straight from the enquiry, then converts them to a member once they're ready. Or a member who wants to stay flexible buys a drop-in credit instead of a recurring plan and books classes as they go.
