Do I need a fingerprint machine or turnstile?
No. Members check in with a QR code — on their phone, or at a tablet by the entrance.
Can members freeze their membership?
Yes. Freeze and unfreeze from the member’s profile; the end date moves by the days the plan was frozen.
Does it handle more than one branch?
Yes. One dashboard for every branch, with revenue, members and staff per branch. Multiple branches come with Professional.
Can staff see revenue?
Only if you let them. Staff permissions can hide revenue, so the desk never sees the numbers.
Can I move from Excel or another system?
