Is the member app a separate download from the gym owner app?
Yes. ManageYourGym has three apps: one for gym owners and staff to run the business, a free companion app for members to check in, book classes, see their dues, and check how busy the gym is, and a separate app for trainers to run their own schedule and clients.
Do all my members automatically get access?
Members sign in with their phone number and a gym code, so anyone already registered in your ManageYourGym account can use the app without you setting anything up separately.
Can members pay for renewals through the app?
Yes. With your gym's online payments connected (Razorpay or Stripe), members pay for the next membership in the app and it's recorded the moment the payment confirms. Without online payments, the app shows what is due and members pay at the front desk.
Does the member app work for paid group classes?
Yes. If a class has a price, the booking holds the spot until the member pays in the app (with online payments connected) or at the front desk. Members on a class pack book against their credits instead.
