ManageYourGym is the gym system you can price, start and run this week without waiting on a quote. Our plans are on our pricing page — $79 a month for 150 members, $169 for 500 across three branches, $349 with no limit — each with an app under your gym’s own name, and you can start a 14-day trial online with no card. GymViz publishes no plans; it quotes a $99 to $249 range on its comparison pages and arranges trials over WhatsApp. Every ManageYourGym plan connects eSSL and ZKTeco fingerprint and face devices so check-ins are recorded automatically, shows members how busy the gym is right now, and carries PT with salary, per-session or revenue-share trainer pay, workout and diet plans, reformer bed booking and CrossFit WODs. For a UAE gym, tax invoices show your TRN and the 5% VAT in AED, and reminders go out on WhatsApp.

GymViz has no pricing page. Its comparison pages say “USD 99-249/month, publicly listed” and “no per-member charges, no setup costs”, but they don’t name the tiers or say what the $249 adds. So we can only compare the ends of the range. At 150 members we’re $79 against their $99. Past 500 members on one site, any price in their range is below our $349 Enterprise plan, so at that size GymViz’s range is lower. Gate and biometric hardware is sold separately on their side; we don’t sell hardware, and we connect eSSL and ZKTeco devices you already own. GymViz runs speed gates, flap barriers and tripods that refuse a member whose plan has lapsed. We connect eSSL and ZKTeco fingerprint and face devices so check-ins are recorded automatically, but we don’t run gates or turn anyone away at them.
A front-desk shop with stock
GymViz has a front-desk shop with barcode scanning and stock deduction. We don’t sell retail.
Tabby buy-now-pay-later
GymViz offers Tabby buy-now-pay-later at checkout. We don’t offer instalments.
A flat range for one very large site
GymViz says it doesn’t charge per member, and its quoted range tops out at $249. Past 500 members on one site our Enterprise plan is $349, so any price in GymViz’s range is lower there.
