Cash and UPI still work
Online payments sit alongside how you already collect. Cash at the desk, a direct UPI transfer, card, bank transfer — all still recorded in the same ledger.
The gap between owing and paying
A member who owes you two thousand rupees usually intends to pay it. What stops them is that paying requires being at the gym, at the desk, when someone is there to take it. That gap is where dues go stale — not in bad faith, but in logistics.
Money that goes where it should
You connect your own Razorpay account, so the money moves from your member to your bank. ManageYourGym is not a payment processor and never sits in the middle of that transfer — we do not hold your funds, and we take no percentage of them. Razorpay settles to your account on its usual schedule, generally the next working day.
Confirmation you can rely on
The most common way gyms handle online payment today is a member sending a UPI screenshot to a WhatsApp number. Someone then has to look at it, believe it, and key it in. With a connected gateway, the renewal updates only when Razorpay confirms the payment actually happened, which removes both the manual step and the room for a mistake.
It does not replace how you already collect
Cash is still cash. ManageYourGym records cash, card, UPI, and bank transfers in the same payment ledger whether or not you have a gateway connected, and your revenue reports treat them all the same way. Online payment is one more way to get paid, not a different system to run alongside the old one.

How do gym members pay online?
Once you have connected a payment gateway, members see what they owe in the ManageYourGym member app and pay by UPI or card without leaving it. The payment is confirmed by Razorpay and the member’s renewal updates automatically.
Does ManageYourGym hold my money?
No. You connect your own Razorpay account, and Razorpay settles the money directly into your bank account — usually by the next working day. The money never passes through ManageYourGym, and we take no cut of it.
What do I need to accept online payments?

What happens if I do not connect a gateway?
Nothing breaks. Members see what they owe and are pointed at your gym to pay, and if you have set a UPI ID they can pay you directly and flag it for your staff to confirm. Connecting a gateway simply removes the manual confirmation step.
Is online payment available outside India?
Gateway payments currently settle in Indian Rupees through Razorpay. Gyms outside India can still record cash, card, and bank-transfer payments in ManageYourGym, and members can be billed and reminded as normal.
