What do you run?
Each page shows the screens and numbers that matter for your kind of business.
Three leaks, and how each one closes
VAT invoices done by hand
Every sale needs a tax invoice with your TRN and the VAT shown in AED. Typing them up at month end is where the mistakes creep in.
A tax invoice on every sale
Add your TRN once. Every payment gets a numbered tax invoice with the 5% worked out, whether your prices include VAT or sit on top of it.
Billing →Renewals slip through
A plan ends on the 12th, nobody notices, and the member quietly stops coming.
Reminders before it expires
WhatsApp reminders go out a week, three days and a day before the end date, and dues follow-ups keep going after it.
Reminders →
Dues chased by hand
Part-payments and “I’ll pay Friday” live in a notebook and someone’s memory.
Dues that follow up
Partial and advance payments recorded against the member, with automatic follow-ups until it’s cleared.

Running a gymin Sharjah?
VAT and e-invoicing are federal, so everything on this page applies in Sharjah too. Licensing is local.
Sharjah Municipality’s Health Control Section licenses fitness centres. Its checklist asks for at least 100 m² of space, trainers’ experience certificates attested by the competent authority, and a record of each member’s acknowledgement that they’re medically fit to train.
That last one is where software earns its keep. Members sign a health declaration when they join, and it sits on their profile next to their plan and payments. Each trainer’s certificates go on their own profile.

5% is the standard rate
Registration is mandatory once taxable sales pass AED 375,000 a year, and optional from AED 187,500. Once you’re registered, every sale needs a tax invoice showing your TRN and the VAT in AED.
Keep VAT records for five years
Five years after the tax period ends; seven if the same records also back your Corporate Tax return. Your invoices stay in your account, filed against each member.
Business-to-business first, from 2027
Businesses with AED 50 million or more in revenue go live on 1 January 2027, everyone else on 1 July 2027. Sales to individual members are outside the mandate until the Minister decides otherwise. If you invoice companies for corporate memberships, ask your accountant about an accredited service provider.
Registered coaches only
In Dubai, coaches have to be on the Dubai Sports Council’s register before they work, and the gym has to keep a record of them.

Does it handle UAE VAT?
Yes. Add your TRN in settings and every payment gets a tax invoice with 5% VAT, in AED. Not registered yet? Invoices go out without VAT until you add one.
Why is the price in US dollars?
We bill the software in US dollars. Your members pay you in AED, and their invoices are in AED.
Can members pay online?
Yes — renewals and dues are paid by card in the member app, through Stripe or Nomod, settled to your own account. Cash and bank transfers are recorded at the desk.
Is e-invoicing a problem for a gym?
Not for memberships sold to individuals, for now: those sales are outside the mandate until a further decision. Invoices to businesses, like corporate memberships, come into scope in 2027.
Do I need hardware at the door?
No. Members check in with a QR code, on their phone or at a tablet by the entrance.
Can I move from another system or Excel?
Yes. Send us the export and we import your members with you.
Does it work in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah?
Yes. VAT and e-invoicing are the same across the emirates. Set your gym to AED and UAE time, and add your TRN.
