Best Software for Multi-Location Gyms (2026)

Multi-location gym software is judged on one login, revenue per branch, staff who see only their branch, and what the next location costs. Here are ten platforms compared on how they price another site, a two-branch and a three-branch gym priced on each, and what to set up before you open the next one.

By Pranat Sharma

The best software for a multi-location gym gives you one login for every branch, revenue you can read for the whole business or one branch, members and staff who belong to a branch, and access that stops a branch manager seeing the others. Then there's the question most lists skip: what the second location costs. ManageYourGym covers up to three branches and 500 members for $169 a month, and unlimited branches for $349, with a member app under your name on both. Most platforms below charge again for every site.

Every price here was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 29 October 2026, on monthly billing. Where a vendor shows no price, we say so, even when a directory has a number. Most lists that rank for this search are written by an enterprise vendor that puts itself first. We're a vendor too, so judge us on the criteria and the arithmetic.

What multi-location gym software has to do

Two gyms in one account isn't the same as one business with two branches. These are the checks that separate them:

  • One login, every branch. Switch branches in a click, or see the whole business rolled up on one screen.
  • Revenue by branch and in total. Collections, dues and plan revenue for each branch, side by side, without adding two exports in a spreadsheet.
  • Members and staff that belong to a branch. Each branch's list stays clean, and head office still sees all of it.
  • Access by role. The owner sees everything. A branch manager sees their branch. The front desk sees what a shift needs.
  • The same plans and rules everywhere. One plan menu, one reminder schedule, one invoice format, so a member gets the same gym at either door.
  • Members who visit another branch. Ask whether a member of branch one can check in at branch two, and which branch the visit counts for.
  • How location two is priced. Per site, per member across all sites, or a flat plan with a branch limit. This one decides the bill.

Read from each vendor's own pricing page on 29 Oct 2026, monthly billing. Mindbody's page header says from $99 a month per location; its FAQ says $79 in North America and Asia. WellnessLiving was running 80% off Business and BusinessPro for two months, ending 31 Oct 2026; the table shows its regular prices. TeamUp shows its other bands only when you pick one. Card processing is extra everywhere.

What two branches pay

Take a gym with two branches, 200 members at each, classes on the timetable and a member app under its own name. Here's the monthly bill from each published price.

PlatformMonthlyHow we got there
ManageYourGym$169Professional: 400 members fits under 500, two branches under three; member and trainer apps included
MindbodyFrom $198, no appStarter from $99 at each location; the app needs a quote-only tier

PushPress$326Max $229 plus the $97 app, if Max covers your two locations
WellnessLiving$349, or EnterpriseBusinessPro has the white-label app; multi-location reporting is on Enterprise, by quote

ABC Glofox, PerfectGym, ZenotiQuotePerfectGym from €358 for two clubs, plus onboarding; the others publish nothing

What three branches pay

Now three branches with 300 members each, 900 in all. This is where a per-site meter starts to show, and where our Professional plan runs out: 900 members is over its 500 cap, so the honest comparison is Enterprise.

MindbodyFrom $297, no appStarter from $99 at each of three locations; the app needs a quote-only tier

WellnessLiving, ABC Glofox, ZenotiQuoteMulti-location features sit on quote-only tiers

PushPress, GymRoute and Mindbody's Starter can come in under us here on subscription alone. Check what each includes before you take the lower number: Mindbody's Starter has no own-name app, PushPress sells workout tracking and lead follow-up as add-ons, and GymRoute doesn't show the price of its app.

The enterprise platforms

Zenoti and ABC Fitness (which owns Glofox) top most lists for this search, and both are built for groups with many sites, franchise structures and their own IT people. Neither publishes a price. Zenoti's page says multi-location pricing is customised to your footprint, with messaging billed on usage. That's a fair model for a 40-club chain. For a business with two to ten branches, a quote-only contract usually means a sales cycle, an onboarding fee and a term you can't leave early.

PerfectGym publishes from €179 a club, rising to €575 for Enterprise, with a one-time onboarding fee on every plan. Mindbody prices per location and keeps multi-location and franchise features on its Enterprise tier, by quote. WellnessLiving does the same: its Enterprise tier is where a parent account, multi-location reporting and cross-location visits appear.

Where ManageYourGym fits

We built ManageYourGym for the business with a few branches and one owner who wants to see all of them. Every branch runs from one account. Switch between them in a click, or read the whole business at once: collections, dues and plan revenue per branch, side by side. Members and trainers belong to their branch, and branch staff see only theirs. Here's how multi-branch works.

The plans, reminders and invoice format are the same everywhere, so branch two doesn't invent its own way of doing renewals. Reminders go out on WhatsApp before a plan ends. QR check-in works at every door with no hardware to buy, and eSSL or ZKTeco devices you already own connect. Members book classes and pay in an app under your gym's name, on every plan, and trainers get their own app with their day and their pay.

In the UAE, each payment gets a tax invoice in AED with your TRN and 5% VAT, and members pay by card through Stripe or Nomod into your own account. Our UAE page has the local detail, and the pricing guide shows how every vendor meters its price.

We move everything for you — members, plans, balances and history. You can run the old system alongside until you're sure.

Before you open the next branch

  • Move the existing branch onto multi-location software first. Merging two systems after branch two opens is the hard way.
  • Decide what head office owns (plans, prices, invoice format) and what each branch owns (its timetable, its staff rota).
  • Set up roles before staff log in: who sees one branch, who sees all of them, who can refund.
  • Agree what a member of one branch can do at the other, and put it in the plan terms.
  • Price the software for the branch after this one. A per-site meter that looks fine at two can cost twice as much at four.

We've written up what to set up before branch two opens separately, with a checklist.

Frequently asked questions

How much does multi-location gym software cost?

For two branches with 400 members and an own-name app, published prices on 29 October 2026 ran from $169 a month (ManageYourGym Professional) to about $479 (Gymciety) and $408 plus setup (GymMaster). Mindbody, PerfectGym and GymMaster charge per site, so the bill grows with every branch. ABC Glofox and Zenoti quote only.

Do I pay again for every location?

Depends on the vendor. GymMaster, Mindbody, PerfectGym and Gymciety price per site, Gymciety with a discount from the second. TeamUp says one account covers unlimited locations. ManageYourGym covers up to three branches on Professional and unlimited on Enterprise, at one price.

Can branch managers see only their own branch?

On ManageYourGym, yes. Owners see every branch, and branch staff see their branch. Members and trainers belong to a branch, so each branch's lists and revenue stay separate while head office sees the total.

Can I see revenue for each branch and for the whole business?

Yes. Collections, dues and plan revenue are tracked per branch and can be compared side by side, or rolled up into one number for the business.

Is there gym software built for franchises?

Zenoti, ABC Fitness and the Enterprise tiers of Mindbody, WellnessLiving and PerfectGym are built for large chains and franchise groups, priced by quote; WellnessLiving's Enterprise lists royalties and a parent account. For a group that doesn't need royalty reporting, ManageYourGym Enterprise covers unlimited branches for $349 a month.
