Honest comparison

ManageYourGym vs WellnessLiving

WellnessLiving is the broader product: retail, gift cards, live and on-demand video and an AI agent that answers your phone are all things we don’t do. We’re the better fit for a studio or gym that wants its own branded app without paying extra for it — it’s on every ManageYourGym plan from $79, where WellnessLiving includes it from BusinessPro at $349 and sells it as an unpriced add-on below that — and that wants up to three locations on one $169 plan.

The problem you are actually trying to solve

You started on a cheaper tier, and every time you needed one more thing — a second instructor’s login, the app under your own name, a second location — the answer was the next tier up. The bill is now well past what you signed for.

You’re also not sure you could leave cleanly. Owners talk about renewals they didn’t expect and charges after they asked to cancel, and you’d rather not find out the hard way.

Both of us publish our prices, so this one comes down to the meter. WellnessLiving counts staff seats, locations and features: Starter is one person at one location, and the white-label app is included only from BusinessPro at $349 (below that it’s an add-on with no published price). We count members: $79 for 150, $169 for 500 across three branches, $349 for unlimited, with the branded app on all three. That makes us cheaper for almost any studio with a team or its own app. Where they win is a solo instructor with a big client list — their $69 Starter has no client cap, and ours stops at 150. WellnessLiving prices read from their pricing page on 10 October 2026, monthly billing; annual is $62, $179 and $314. They’re running 80% off the first two months until 16 October 2026, which we’ve left out. Card processing is extra on both sides.

What moving across looks like

  1. 01

    Read your agreement first

Find your WellnessLiving term, renewal date and notice period. Owners have reported automatic renewals they didn’t expect, so give notice in writing and keep the reply.

  2. 02

    Export while you still can

Pull your client list, packages, sales history and timetable as spreadsheets while the account is live. Write down what exports miss — pack credits left, paused memberships, credit on account.

  3. 03

    We move it in

We move everything for you — members, plans, balances and history. Payments go through your own Stripe or Nomod account and settle to you.

  4. 04

Your app goes live under your name

Clients download your studio’s app and book and pay in it, including each renewal. Tell them before switch day so the first payment in the new app isn’t a surprise.

When WellnessLiving is the better choice

Every comparison page ever written says the author wins. Here is where we honestly do not.

You sell products at the desk

Water, supplements, merchandise, gift cards — WellnessLiving has a point of sale on every plan. We don’t sell retail at all. If that’s a real share of your revenue, stay where it works.

Video classes are part of what you sell

WellnessLiving streams live classes and hosts an on-demand library. We don’t, and you’d need a separate tool for it.

You teach alone and have a lot of clients

Their Starter is $69 with no client cap. Ours is $79 for 150 members, and past that you’re on $169. A one-person studio with 400 clients is cheaper on WellnessLiving.

You want an AI agent picking up the phone

WellnessLiving sells CAASI, an agent that answers calls and website chats around the clock. We have nothing like it.

Questions people ask

Is ManageYourGym cheaper than WellnessLiving?

For most studios with a team, yes. WellnessLiving’s Starter ($69) is one staff member; Business ($199) adds more. Our Starter is $79 for up to 10 trainers. With a branded app it’s $79 against $349. The exception is a solo instructor with more than 150 clients — their $69 Starter wins there.

Which WellnessLiving plan includes the white-label app?

It’s included on BusinessPro at $349 a month. On Starter and Business it’s an add-on, and the pricing page doesn’t give its price. On ManageYourGym an app under your studio’s name comes with every plan.

Does WellnessLiving have a contract?

Its pricing page offers monthly or annual billing and says you can change plans at any time. It doesn’t publish a contract length. Owners on Trustpilot describe being renewed into a new 12-month term, so ask for the term and notice period in writing.

What does WellnessLiving do that you don’t?

Retail and gift cards at the desk, live and on-demand video, a full custom website, an AI agent that answers calls, and a wider list of integrations with a paid API. If you rely on those, it’s the better fit.

Can I run several locations?

Yes. Professional covers three branches for $169 a month and Enterprise has no limit. On WellnessLiving, every published tier is a single location; more than one needs Enterprise, which is priced by quote.

Do you handle UAE VAT?

Yes. VAT-registered studios get tax invoices in AED with their TRN and the 5% VAT shown, and reminders go out on WhatsApp.
