ManageYourGym runs the whole PT studio: packages with a session ledger, clients booking their trainer’s open hours, three ways to pay trainers and a native trainer app, with workout programmes and diet plans in the same system, for $79 a month for 150 members and 10 trainers. TrueCoach is a programming and coaching app. It prices a team on its total client count, publishes plans up to 50 clients, and doesn’t list session booking, packages or trainer pay. PTminder retires on 31 December 2027 and points its customers to TrueCoach; switch to ManageYourGym before 31 December 2026 and we do the whole migration for you.

The problem you are actually trying to solve
PTminder is closing, and its retirement email points you to TrueCoach. TrueCoach delivers programmes well. But PTminder also ran your packages, your bookings and your trainers’ pay, and TrueCoach doesn’t list any of those.
Move to a programming app and the rest of the business goes back into a spreadsheet and a booking tool on the side. That is the setup most PT studios bought PTminder to get away from.

TrueCoach prices by active clients, and a team pays one plan sized to its total client count across every coach. It lists $26.34 a month for up to 5 clients, $57.99 for 20 and $136.99 for 50, billed monthly (read from truecoach.co/pricing on 28 October 2026). Past 50 clients it asks you to email for pricing. So a coach with 20 clients or fewer pays less on TrueCoach. A studio with three trainers and 60 clients is past every published TrueCoach plan; on ManageYourGym that is still Starter at $79, with packages, booking, trainer pay and both apps included.

Habit tracking and wearables
TrueCoach tracks daily habits, syncs MyFitnessPal and pulls data from Apple, Garmin, WHOOP and other wearables. We don’t track habits or connect wearables.
Chat inside the app
TrueCoach coaches message clients in the app. We send reminders and messages by WhatsApp, SMS and email, but there is no chat inside our app.
A lower price for a coach with a few clients
Up to 20 clients, TrueCoach is $26.34 or $57.99 a month against our $79, which also covers the studio side a solo online coach may not use.
Zapier automations and public coach profiles
TrueCoach connects to Zapier and gives coaches a public profile that takes leads. We have a website enquiry form for leads, but no Zapier connection.

Why is PTminder recommending TrueCoach?
PTminder, Momence and TrueCoach belong to the same group. PTminder’s retirement email points its customers to those two sister products and runs a quiz to pick between them.
Does TrueCoach handle PT packages and session booking?
Its pricing page and homepage list programmes, nutrition, habits, messaging and payments. They don’t list session packages, booking a session or trainer pay. ManageYourGym runs all three, with programmes and diet plans in the same system.
Does each coach need their own TrueCoach plan?
No. A TrueCoach team account has one plan, paid by the owner and sized to the total client count across all coaches: $26.34 a month for 5 clients, $57.99 for 20 and $136.99 for 50, with pricing by email past 50.
