The problem you are actually trying to solve
PTminder is closing, and its retirement email points you to Momence. That makes sense if your business is a class timetable. If it is personal training, with packages, trainers on different pay and clients who want their programme on their phone, check what you are being moved into.
Momence does a lot for a studio that sells classes, workshops, retreats and video. A PT studio needs a different set of things to be first-class: the session balance, the trainer’s day, and the programme the client trains from.

Momence doesn’t publish a price. Its pricing page, read on 28 October 2026, says every business is different and asks you to book a demo. Figures on directories and blogs aren’t from Momence, so we haven’t used them. We publish ours: $79 a month for 150 members and 10 trainers, $169 for three branches, with the client and trainer apps included and no setup fee. Momence sells merchandise and stock online and in person, with inventory per location. We don’t sell retail.
Direct debit and automatic membership billing
Momence takes direct debit and runs subscriptions and payment plans. Our automatic card charging covers PT packages; memberships are paid in the app after a reminder.

Why is PTminder recommending Momence?
PTminder, Momence and TrueCoach belong to the same group. PTminder’s retirement email points its customers to those two sister products and runs a quiz to pick between them.
Is Momence a good fit for a PT studio?
Momence handles appointments, packs of appointment credits and teacher pay by base rate or percentage split. It lists workout-of-the-day programming with scoring, but not per-client programmes or diet plans, and its teachers use the mobile browser rather than an app. ManageYourGym has all three, with packages, trainer pay and booking built around personal training.
